Returns & Exchanges

At Drumshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports equipment and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Drumshop account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5 business days.
