Due to the size and weight of drum kits, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Smaller accessories and hardware usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy hardware?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for heavy items like drum racks and thrones are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight.
What is your return policy on used cymbals?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and performance reasons, cymbals that show stick marks or signs of use cannot be returned.
Are your products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
All new instruments and hardware sold at Drumshop come with a full manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
